When you send a contact or proposal request, we receive the details you enter: name, company, email, phone, the services you are interested in and your message. We use them only to respond to your request and to prepare a proposal.

The request is delivered to our company inbox by email and a copy is kept in our internal request log so that the team can follow it up.

If you chat with the Gafi website assistant, your messages are processed by an AI service to produce replies, and the conversation is stored so the team can review it. If you choose to leave your contact details in the chat, we use them to contact you. Please do not enter sensitive personal data or confidential documents in the chat.

We count visits in an anonymous way. The website sets no cookies for this and stores nothing in your browser. The server derives a short-lived anonymous identifier that changes every day and never keeps your IP address. Visits are not counted if your browser sends “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control.

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed on our behalf by service providers that deliver email, hosting and AI features, under their own terms. We may disclose data where the law requires it.

We keep requests and conversations for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain the business relationship that may follow, and then delete or anonymise them.

You may ask us to confirm what data we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it, and to restrict or object to its use, as far as applicable law provides. Write to the email address on the Contact page.
