GAFEI Intelligence

The intelligence layer for your business

GAFEI Intelligence reads the records already in your GAFEI workspace and turns them into summaries, alerts and answers, so management spends less time collecting information and more time deciding.

How GAFEI Intelligence works

Your company records

  • Accounting & finance
  • Documents & contracts
  • People & payroll

  • Alerts and priorities
  • Management summaries

Available today

What GAFEI Intelligence does now

These capabilities exist in the platform today. Their depth depends on which modules your company uses and how much history is recorded.

  • Executive dashboard

    Available

One view of open items, risks, finance and activity for owners and managers.

  • Management briefing

    Available

A written summary of what changed and what needs attention, generated from the data each reader is permitted to see.

  • Insights and priorities

    Available

Suggested focus areas ranked from your own records, each tied to the underlying data.

  • Anomaly detection

    Available

Flags records that depart from your own history. When there is too little history, it says so instead of guessing.

  • Business health score

    Available

A transparent score across several areas of the business, with the factors shown.

  • Risk register

    Available

Risks recorded by your team and raised automatically from overdue items and contract deadlines.

  • Cash and revenue forecasting

    Available

Run-rate and growth views with a stated confidence level. A company without payment history gets a low-confidence label, not a confident number.

  • Assistant for management questions

    Available

Ask in plain language about your company. Answers come only from data your role may access.

  • Suggested bank classifications

    Available

Proposed categories for bank transactions. A person confirms every match; nothing is reconciled silently.

Roadmap

What we are considering next

Roadmap items are plans, not commitments, and may change.

  • Answers across all uploaded documents

    Planned

Questions answered from the full text of your stored documents and contracts.

  • Wider source coverage

    Planned

More connected sources feeding the same summaries, depending on the integrations that become available.

In practice

How it fits into your work

  1. 01

    Connect your records

Work in the platform or import existing data. Intelligence uses what is recorded.

  2. 02

    Review the first outputs

Check summaries and alerts against what you know. Adjust what is recorded and who can see it.

  3. 03

    Set alerts and permissions

Decide which alerts reach whom. Each person only sees data their role allows.

  4. 04

    Decide and record

Act on what you find. Any proposed action waits for a named person’s approval.

Principles

How we keep Intelligence trustworthy

  • It uses only records in your workspace and only what the reader is permitted to see.
  • Outputs show where they came from, so you can check them.
  • It states when data is insufficient rather than inventing a figure.
  • Proposed actions require a named person’s approval before anything changes.
  • It does not give accounting, tax or legal advice and does not replace professional review.
  • It can be wrong. Treat it as a well-prepared colleague, not an authority.

Frequently asked questions

Does Intelligence work without the rest of the platform?

It works on the records stored in GAFEI. The more of your finance, people, document and task data is recorded there, the more useful its output is.

Can everyone in the company see everything it knows?

No. Access follows each person’s role and permissions. A reader never sees an answer built on data their role cannot open.

Will it take actions on its own?

No. It can propose actions, but a named person must approve before anything is changed.

Is the AI trained on our data?

Please ask us for the current data-handling terms for your deployment; we confirm them in the proposal.
